I did this last year in Drawing&Illustration class, and just today, I finally went out to find a scanner big enough to accommodate this. xD

The blue cloth in the background is actually a pair of pants.

It's also way more vibrant when it's not on dA, I don't know what it did to the color…

love the colors!! the textures are sooo great. the shine and smoothness of the headphones, the metal sheen of the studded belt, and my favorite, the fringe hanging from the fish. i can even see the gold stitching of the fish scales.

great job!!
